Your information. Handled with care.
This notice explains what information we collect when you use this site or send a merchant assessment. Last updated: 11 October 2026.
1. Who we are
FlashMIDs is presented as an ecommerce technology and engineering offering of EKSC LTD, registered in England and Wales (company number 15834846). Registered office: 4th Floor, 205 Regent Street, London W1B 4HB, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@flashmids.com.
2. Information you provide
When you enquire, we may receive your name, business email, company, website, platform, entity jurisdiction, sales range, payment providers, requested service and the description of your project. We also collect basic request and referral data necessary to manage the enquiry. Do not send passwords, bank access, identification files or card data using this form.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use enquiry information to assess your request, correspond with you, take steps requested before a possible contract and administer related records. Depending on the circumstances, the legal bases may be legitimate interests in handling business enquiries, steps prior to a contract and applicable legal obligations. We do not use an optional partner-introduction checkbox as blanket consent to disclose personal data to unspecified third parties.
4. Service providers and introductions
Website hosting, form-handling providers and CRM infrastructure may process enquiry information on our behalf subject to applicable agreements and safeguards. We may discuss a proposed introduction to independent payment or technical specialists, but will identify the proposed recipient and purpose before sharing the personal information needed for that introduction. A separate provider may act as its own controller.
5. International data handling
Infrastructure or recipients may be outside the UK. Where international transfers are made, appropriate safeguards should be applied as required by applicable data-protection rules. The exact subprocessor and transfer list must be verified against the production setup.
6. Retention
Information is kept for no longer than is necessary for enquiry handling, any resulting business relationship and applicable legal obligations. Actual CRM and form-provider retention schedules must be configured and kept consistent with this notice before publication.
7. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability. You may contact hello@flashmids.com. UK data-protection complaints may be directed to the Information Commissioner's Office.
